摘要
本文通过分析我国公共政策制定中的特点,基于公共选择理论对人的基本假设,采用方法论个人主义,尝试对我国公共政策制定过程中的弊端进行分析,并且提出了相应的建议。
The paper analyzes the character of public policy making in our country based on the hypo-thesis for people in public choice theory,adopts the way of methodological individualism,tries to analyze the weakness of public policy making and takes out of some advice accordingly.
