摘要
目的 2 4例HIV/AIDS患者的护理对策。方法 对我院2 4例HIV/AIDS真菌感患者进行回顾性分析。结果 经过医护人员的积极护理治疗治愈好转者1 4例(58.33 % ) ,死亡6例(2 5 .0 0 % ) ,放弃治疗自动出院4例(1 6 .67% )。结论 真菌感染是HIV/AIDS患者常见的感染之一,经过精心治疗和护理是可以促进其康复的。
Objective To explore the way that HIV-AIDS mycotic infection patients can be medically nursed.Methods The data of 24 HIV-AIDS mycotic infection patients in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Taking good care of those patients had achieved favorable results: 14 case (58.33%) having improvement, 6 cases (25%) being dead, and 4 cases (16.67%) giving up medical treatment and having left hospital.Conclusion Mycotic infection is one of the most common complications among HIV-AIDS patients. Through a careful nursing and medical treatment, the patients' condition can be improved.
