摘要
介绍了模糊综合评判法的基本原理,采用因素分析法和集体经验法建立了教师教学质量的评估因素,并采用特尔斐法确定了权重系数,针对不同评估者对某教师的评估数据,应用模糊综合评判法得出客观的评估结果。
<Abstrcat> The principle of fuzzy comprehensive assessment is introduced.The factors of evaluation are built by using the method of factor analysis and collective experience,and the weights are determined by using the Delphi Technique.The objective result of the different assessment data is gained by applying the fuzzy comprehensive assessment.
