摘要
以1,5-戊二醇、氢溴酸为原料,苯为分水剂,合成5—溴戊酸。通过正交实验得出最佳合成条件:反应时间8h,反应温度80℃,n(分水剂)=2%(相对于1,5-戊二醇),1,5戊二醇与氢溴酸的摩尔比为1∶1.2,5—溴戊酸的收率90%。
5-bromo-valeric acid was synthesized from 1,5-pentanediol and hydrobromic acid with benzene as dehydrating agent,Optimum synthesis conditions were investigated by orthogoned experiments method. Optimum synthesis conditions were as follows:reaction time 8h,reaction temperature 80 ℃ and n(dehydrating agent)2%(based on1,5-pentanediol ), molar ratio of 1,5-pentanediol to hydrobromic acid 1∶1.2. The yield of 5-bromo-valeric acid yield was 90%.
