摘要
在综述国内外电渣熔铸过程中数学模型研究的发展状况的基础上,分析了其中偏微分方程与其定解问题中的边界条件的特点.然后,在常用的铸件轴对称的假设下,对偏微分方程及其边界条件进行变换,得出了各二维方程及边界条件所属的类型.在此基础上提出了简单有效的求解方法,并进行了渣池电位和渣池温度场的模拟计算,结果表明算法是有效的.
First,this paper analyses the characteristics of the partial differential equations and its boundary conditions on the basis of reviewing the research of the mathematical models of electroslag melting casting. Second, we assume that the cast is symmetric to its vertical axis and then transform the PDE and their boundary and initial conditions into 2-dimensional equations.After that we classify the equations and their conditions and put forward a simplified algorithm. And then we simulate the voltage and temperature distributions in slag using software Matlab. The result shows that our simplification is effective and reasonable.
