摘要
公正不仅仅是制度性的概念,更是人们价值观念和精神信仰的范畴,公正的基础和核心在于对权利进行最大限度的平等尊重和保护。法官的职责在于追求和维护公正,而法官的公正信仰则有赖于人生各阶段关于权利精神的教育。
Justice is not only a systematic concept but also a scope of people's values and spiritual belief. The base and core of justice is equitable to respect and protect rights to the maximum limit. Judges' responsibilities and lives consist in chasing for and protecting justice ,and judges' fair-minded belief depends on the education of the spirits of rights in their different stages in life.
