摘要
高职师资队伍建设是高职院校谋求发展的重中之重,师资队伍的优化对提高高职院校教学质量具有十分重要的意义。文中主要针对当前高职院校师资队伍建设普遍存在的问题,提出一些积极的建议和对策。
Teachers improvement is most important for higher vocational colleges developing, and teachers optimizing is significant for their teaching quality. The general problems existed in improving teachers for higher vocational colleges are discussed in the paper and some suggestion or countermeasure is put forward too.
