摘要
计算机技术、网络通讯技术的发展和进步 ,使网络信息资源迅猛增长 ,用户存取、利用网络信息资源的需求与日俱增。为了适应网络环境的发展 ,高校图书馆应该积极开发网络信息资源 ,以满足用户需求。文章从技术、方法、人力资源方面探讨了高校图书馆网络信息资源建设。
With the rapid growth and development of computer and network telecommunication technology,the network information is increasing drastically.So,in order to be accustomed to this environment and meet the uesers' demands,the academic libraries should make efforts to construct the network information resources.And the author in this essay brought forward some suggestions from the aspects of technology,human resources and so on.
