摘要
本文从分析我国社会保障现状入手 ,对如何完善我国的社会保障立法进行了阐述 ,认为我国目前当务之急是制定社会保障的基本法 ,并在此基础上规范、修订现存的社会保障立法 ,彻底改变社会保障立法不统一、不规范、不完善。
This article analyses the current situation of our country, and expounds how to perfect China's social security legislation. The conclusion is that the most pressing matters at this moment are to work out a basic law on social security, to standardize or correct extant statutes and policies, and to thoroughly change the aspect of non-unification, non-standardization, non-perfection and non-stability.
