摘要
新世纪党校教育事业的改革与发展，要求强化党校图书馆的学术性。针对这一要求，党校图书馆应转变观念，大力开展学术研究活动，提高学术研究水平。
The reform and development of party school education career in new century requires strengthening academic of party school library, facing this demand,party school library should transform their views,and establish academic research organization to promote academic research level.
