摘要
创新教育是通过创新的教育教学活动，培养学 生的创新能力，进而实现新的发现发明、新的思想和理念、新的学说与技术以及新的方法等 一切新事物的教育。这是知识经济时代的要求，也是实施素质教育的要求。实施创新教育， 要有浓厚的社会创新氛围和有利于创新的环境。而实现创新教育的主体是教师。一位新世纪 的教师，除了要有崇高的师德，还要有符合现代社会要求的教育观念、教育功底。教师应具 有创新意识、创新思维及创新能力，勇于探索，创造性地运用多种教学策略和教学机智，去 感染、推动学生创新能力的形成和发展。
Creative education is ,through creative teaching a ctivities,to train students' creative capability,consequently producin g new invention theories,technique and methods.This is the general requireme nt of both the knowledge-based economy and competence education.T o do this ,the dense creative atmospheire and environment of the society is nec essary.The subject of the task is the teachers of the new century armed with not only noble teaching moral,but educational idea and qualification as well which coincide with modern social development.With creative mind and thinking a s well as creative capabilities,teachers can explore bravely to apply devices ,teaching methed and wits innovatively to move students and promote their develo pment.
