摘要
王安石变法期间实行的均输法是对汴京粮食物资供应体制的改革，其核心是扩大购买、利用市场。以往流行的均输法未曾实行之说，是建立在误解基础上的错误结论。
Jun Shu Fa' is a reformation of system of grain reserves of BianJing. The core is to increase purchase and utilize markets. The opinion that 'Jun Shu Fa' never praetised is a mistaken conclusion which based on misunder standing.
