摘要
回顾和总结了 1年来陕西省按照中央实施西部大开发战略的部署扎实推进、有序展开的实践 ;阐述了西部大开发战略的伟大意义。通过确定陕西省在实施西部大开发战略中的指导思想和目标任务 ,指出实施西部大开发给陕西经济社会带来的多方面的深刻变化 ,对此 ,陕西省应从省情实际出发 ,选准突破口 ,有重点有步骤地启动西部大开发 ,站在实施西部大开发的前列 ,在大开发中实现陕西经济的持续、快速、健康发展。
The paper has recalled and summed up the practice of the steadfast push and orderly unfolding by Shaanxi province in the light of the strategic arrangement for the development of west regions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The great significance of the development of west regions is expounded. Through the forming of the guiding thinking, objective and task of Shaanxi Province in carrying out the strategy for the development of western regions, it is pointed out that the implementation of the development of west regions will bring a multiple profound change to the economy and society of Shaanxi. Shaanxi Province should, beginning with the practical situation, choose the correct breakthrough point, set off the development of western regions in a way of keeping key points and right steps, and stand on the forefront for implementing the development of western regions in order to realize the sustained, rapid and sound development of the economy of Shaanxi.
