摘要
作为中国第一批民族学博士的庄孔韶先生从他选择专业的兴趣、早期的教学感受、田野工作谈到对中国人类学的重要学者费孝通、林耀华的成果的评论及《金翼》与《银翅》两书的连接意义。庄先生还就人类学怎样看待历史文献与撰述等谈了自己的见解 ,并说到其本人提出的“不浪费的人类学”的初始思想。认为人类学家既是文化梳理的专家 ,又是文化观察的杂家。
Mr Zhuang Shao-kong ,one of China's first doctors of ethnology ,talks about his own choice of speciality and early experiences ,Fei Xiao-tong's and Lin Yao-hua's contribution to China's anthropology,etc.He also talks about how to deal with the historical literature and his idea of “wasting no anthropology”,by which he thinks that an anthropologist is both an expert of culture carding and culture observation.
