摘要
本文在概述风险投资基本运作的基础上 ,着重对风险投资法律组织形式的制度选择的有效性予以分析 ,从而说明有限合伙制是风险投资法律组织形态的首选形式 。
In this paper the author with an introduction to risk investment activities demonstrates the analysis of the validity of choosing legal partnership in risk investment practices so as to give priority to limited partnership and advice for legislation of partnership in risk investment in China.
