摘要
21世纪是信息经济时代,信息技术已成为现代农业可持续发展的重要组成部分,农业信息化是农业现代化的标志和关键,利用现代信息技术,改造传统农业,使信息技术与传统农业有机地结合,是全面建设小康社会,增加农民收入的基本要求.正是基于这一认识,笔者分析了当前我国农业的一些基本发展趋势,并结合宁夏农民收入的现状及其制约因素,针对宁夏农业信息化建设中存在的问题,提出了相应的建设对策.
The information technology (IT) already becomes an important component of modern and sustainable agriculture. The IT application in agriculture is one of the signs of agricultural modernization. To construct the well-to-do society and to increase farmer’s income, it is primarily required to improve traditional agriculture with the modern information technology by binding both closely. Up to this understanding, a general trend of agriculture development in China is analyzed in this paper. Combining currently income level of the local farmers in Ningxia and restriction factors concerned, mechanism to increase farmer’s income with construction of agricultural information is discussed. At the same time, measures are proposed to solve the problems occurring in construction of the agricultural information in Ningxia.
