摘要
基于尺寸链原理,分析了工艺尺寸的解算过程,并引入矩阵方程,采用MATLAB语言编写计算机程序,解决了与机械加工过程有关的尺寸及公差计算机解算问题,进一步提高了尺寸链的解算速度和质量。
Based on the principle of dimensions chain, it analyses the solving process of technology dimensions, uses the matrix equation and developes a program in MATLAB. This method gives the solution of dimensions and tolerances in the machining process,the result shows a great improvement on efficiency and quality of the solution of dimensions chain.
