摘要
盗版软件的存在打击了软件开发商的积极性,破坏了我国软件行业的投资环境,因此如何有效保护软件知识产权显得十分重要。从经济博弈论的角度分析了保护过程中所涉及的政府、软件厂商之间的关系,指出保护的关键在于政府和正版厂商的行为,并对这两者如何更有效保护我国的软件知识产权提出自己的建议。
The pirated software has frustrated the legal company's enthusiasm for innovation, and destroyed the investment environment, so it's important to protect the software intellectual property efficiently. This paper discusses the relationship of government and the companies by Game Theory. We find that the key of protection depends on the behavior of government and the legal company, and give them some useful advice.
