单模光纤—LiNbO_3波导器件之间耦合损耗的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了单模光纤-波导之间的模场失配对光纤-波导对接耦合损耗的影响.实验测量了不同Ti膜宽度的LiNbO_3条波导的导模宽度和深度.适当选择波导制作参数可得到非常小的光纤-波导之间的耦合损耗. In this paper we investigated the influence of mismatch between the fiber andwaveguide modes on the fiber-waveguide coupling loss. We measured the wavegu-ide mode width and depth versus the metal Ti strip width.By determining theappropriate waveguide parameters,it is found that the coupling loss between thefiber and waveguide is very low.
