摘要
讨论了一种适用于汤逊脉冲实验的XeCl准分子激光器的各放电参数对激光输出能量、脉宽和释放的初始电子的影响,确定了适合于汤逊脉冲实验的最佳状态参数。
This paper describes a XeCl excimer laser adapted for pulsed Townsend experiment. The effects of various discharge parameters on the output energy, pulse duration of laser and primary electrons released by laser are discussed. The parameters in best state adapted for pulsed Townsend experiment are determined.
