单侧裂纹梁的冲击实验

摘要 为了认识裂纹面在截荷作用下接触情况,对边裂纹梁在冲击载荷作用下裂尖裂纹面的接触情况进行了试验研究.冲击载荷是通过重锤从不同高度上自由下落到梁端获得的,裂纹面在裂尖处的接触情况通过嵌固于该处的压电陶瓷片转换为电信号,并传输给数据采集系统.给出具有一个边裂纹及二个边裂纹的梁在不同冲击载荷下接触力的时程曲线,从中可以看出在动载荷作用下裂纹面接触的一些特点. The contact problem between the crack faces in a cantilever with edge crack under impact load is experimentally investigated. The impact load is taken through a hammer falling freely on the beam end from the various heights. The contact force between crack faces in the beam end is transformed into electric current signal by means of piezoelectric ceramic embedded here, and transmitted to the data collection system (DSA). The time-history curves of the contact force for cantilever with one edge crack and two edge cracks are given in the paper. It is shown from these curves that the contact characteristics between crack faces in a beam under dynamic load.
