摘要
经济法是一门实践性很强的法学学科,经济法教育中的法律职业技能教学与法律职业化思维的培养是进一步提高学生法律应用的技巧、思维、能力的首要手段,既能满足学生对经济法基础理论的需求,同时又切合了经济法学应用技能培养的需要。
Economic law is a practical subject on law. In economic law teaching, the teaching of vocational skills of law and the cultivation of vocational thinking of law are the main ways of further improving students’ application skills and thinking abilities, which can satisfy students’ demands for the basic theory of economic law, but also comply with the demands for the cultivation of application skills.
