摘要
在常温常压下,利用发射光谱法测量了正脉冲、负脉冲及双极性脉冲电晕放电N2 (C3 ∏u -B3 ∏g)发射光谱相对强度沿线—筒式反应器的径向分布,得到了高能电子(≥11 0 3eV)密度沿线—筒式反应器的径向分布情况和随电压升高而增大的线性变化关系。
The article presents the diagnosis of plasma produced through positive、negative and bipolar pulse corona discharge in a wire-cylindrical reactor at room temperature and atmospheric pressure by measuring the emission spectral relative intensity of N 2(C 3∏u-B 3∏g) in the air. High energetic electrons density distribution along radial of wire-cylindrical reactor is shown. The electronic density increased with the increase of discharge voltage, and the three kind of pulse injecting form is compared.
