摘要
我国公民个人财产状况的诸多变化,引发了异常强烈的财产权利要求。"保护私产入宪"是完善保护私有财产法律制度的根本性举措。与此同时,还应进一步完善保护私有财产的其他法律,特别是行政法、民法的相关规定。
In our country, many changes of citizens' individual property led to very strong requirement of property rights. To perfect the law system of protecting private property, the protection of private property was written into the constitution is basic measure. At the same time, we should further improve other branches of law, especially the administrative law and civil law.
