摘要
当前我国正处在经济与社会的转型时期,腐败现象成为社会热点话题之一。这里将腐败定义为"个人或社会集团对公共权力的滥用",提出从自律和他律两个方面对公共权力进行制约监督。同时,又从历史文化、经济转型、中外交融和提高党的执政能力四个方面,阐述了对公共权力进行制约监督的现实意义。
We are in a certain period of remodeling the economy and society when the corruption is one of hot topics. We can define corruption as ' the abuse of public authority by an individual or a group ' . I propose some control and monitor measures to carry out self-discipline and to be supervised. Furthermore , I discuss the significance in control and monitor of the public authority in view of the historical culture , economic remodeling , the blend of China and foreign countries , and the promotion of administrative ability.
