三聚氰胺废水处理的试验研究

摘要 针对三聚氰胺废水中含铵根离子浓度高、COD浓度低的特点,采用MPA法对其进行处理,得出最佳反应条件:pH值为9.5,反应时间为5h,投药量的摩尔比为Mg2+∶NH4+∶PO43-=1.32∶1.00∶1.10。但MPA法处理成本较高,根据其试验原理,本文采用盐泥提供镁盐,过磷酸钙提供磷酸盐,对其处理过程进行了探讨。结果表明:盐泥处理效果好,但投加量较大,还有待于进一步研究。 Aiming at characteristics of melamine wastewater with high NH4^+ and low COD content, MAP is used to treat the wastewater and the best reaction conditions are gained as follows: the pH value is 9.5, the reaction time is 5 hours, and the mole content is Mg^(2+)∶NH_4^+∶PO_4^(3+)=1.32∶1.00∶1.10. Considering the high costs of this method, the processes are tested using salt mud to provide Mg^(2+) and calcium superphosphate to provide PO_4^(3-), and the results are discussed. It is showed that the treatment effect of the salt mud is better, but the demand quantity is large, so further researches are still necessary.
