摘要
要完成改革发展的繁重任务,必须保持长期和谐稳定的社会环境。社会稳定作为一个重大理论问题和现实问题一直受到社会各个阶层的普遍关注。本文在阐明社会稳定概念内涵的基础上,探讨了社会稳定指标体系的构建,期望能从综合的定量的角度对社会稳定情况进行分析考虑,为国家宏观调控提供决策的依据。
It is necessary to maintain a long-term harmony and stable social environment for the implementation of the difficult task of reform and development. As an important theoretical and practical problem, social stability has attracted great concern from all classes in the society. Based on the explanation of the concept and connotation of social stability, this paper discusses the establishment of stable indicators, analyzes the social stability from comprehensive quantitative perspective so as to provide reference for national macro-adjustment.
