摘要
本文选用不同生育期的苜蓿进行了叶蛋白的提取实验。结果表明在苜蓿的最佳收获为初花期,叶蛋白得率为4.49%,粗蛋白含量为60.55%。
The paper extracted leaf proteins from alfalfa(Medicago.sativa)at the different of period. The results shown that the best harvest time was at the beginning of florescence, and the leaf proteins obtaining was 4.49% which crude proteins was 60.55%.
