摘要
城乡结合部已经成为城市发展的桎梏,就其原因,二元管理体制是矛盾的所在。如何消除二元管理体制,推进城乡结合部的可持续性发展,已经成为现代城市管理中必须解决的问题。以广州市为例,通过分析二元管理体制的成因以及对城乡结合部城市化发展的影响和制约,提出了构建社区管理模式,推进城乡结合部的城市化发展。
Because of the management system of dual, the rural-urban continuum has already limited the city development. How to eliminate the dual mechanism and propel the sustainable development of the rural-urban continuum, has already been the problem that must be solved in the modern city management. As a case of Guangzhou, the paper analyzed the result of the dual management system and the effect on the urbanization of the rural-urban continuum, pointed to construct the mode of community management and propelled the urbanization development of the rural-urban continuum.
