摘要
将天牛血淋巴、鸡蛋黄和牛奶液配制成7种不同梯度的混合营养液,再分别用Parafilm膜封装成人工幼虫,离体培养川硬皮肿腿蜂SclerodermasichuanensisXiao(Hymenopterabethylidae)。结果表明,该蜂不能在人工寄主上产卵,人工转接的蜂卵和初孵蜂幼虫在血淋巴含量为30%以下的人工幼虫上成活率很低;而在血淋巴含量为40%以上的人工寄主上成活率较高,但发育成熟的蜂幼虫绝大部分不能从人工寄主上脱离,导致最终的成蜂率很低。
kinds of nutrient solutions were prepared with hemolymph of the longhorn beetle, yolk and milk in different proportion. All sorts of the nutrient mediums were encapsulated with parafilm respectively into artificial hosts to culture Scleroderma sichuanensis Xiao (Hymenoptera:bethylidae) in vitro. The experimnt result showed that the parasitic wasp adult could not oviposit on the man-made host directly. The survival ratios of the parasitic ova and the newly incubated larvae inoculated artificially were very low on the manual hosts of which the hemolymph contents were below 30% while the survival percents were very high on the artificial hosts of which the hemolymph contents were over 40%.But most of the developed larvae could not fell off from the man-made hosts, which made the rates of the wasps imagonation very small.
