摘要
《旅游资源分类、调查与评价》国标于2003年5月1日颁布实施。国标具有全面性、系统性、规范性、管理性、应用性的特征,对规范旅游资源调查,强化旅游资源管理,指导旅游规划开展有着十分重要的作用。以安徽省淮南市旅游规划为例,从应用范围、旅游资源分类、调查和评价方面,对在旅游规划中如何把握和运用新国标提出了见解。
The National Standard of classification, investigation and evaluation of tourism resources was executed since May 1st, 2003, which embodied some characteristics as integrity, systemationess, standardization, administration, application, and played an important role in standardizing investigation of tourism resources, enforcing tourism resources' management and instructing tourism planning. Taking Huainan tourism planning as an example and from some aspects in range of application, classification, investigation and evaluation of tourism recourses, this paper put forward some opinions about how to comprehend and apply national standard in tourism planning, which were instructive to tourism planning.
