摘要
近年来,伴随着一系列的高速数据传输标准在实际产品中的应用,对于这类芯片的评价测试难度也变得越来越大。爱德万测试根据这类要求,开发了5Gbps信号的高速测试选件。
Advantest developed the 5 Gbps option for performing the high-speed differential logic tests, which are compatible with the high-speed differential serial interface measuring that has the speed of several Gbps. In this paper, we introduced the High-speed Option Specifications and the device test solutions.
