摘要
目的 观察比较针罐疗法和药物加牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法临床共10 0例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,随机分为治疗组5 4例、对照组4 6例。治疗组采用风池、肩井、颈夹脊、太阳、晕听区等穴针剌后颈肩部拔火罐;对照组采用药物配合牵引疗法,使用中西药物加牵引共治疗10天。结果 治疗组治愈率为6 2 96 % ,总有效率98 12 % ;对照组治愈率为2 6 0 9% ,总有效率76 0 9% ,两组痊愈率和总有效率之差异有高度统计学意义(P <0 0 1)。结论 针刺加拔罐疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病,其疗效优于药物加牵引疗法。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and cupping therapy on cervical spondylopathy of cervical artery pattern. One hundred cases were randomly divided into acupuncture and cupping treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with acupuncture at fengchi (G20), jianjing(G21), Cervical jiaji(Ex-B2),taiyang(Ex-1),yuntinqu(the vertigo-auditory area), the cupping on cervical-shoulder part; the control group were treated with western and Chinese medicine combined with traction of cervical vertebrae. Both group were treated for 10 days. The cured rate and the total effective rate were 63.0% and 98.1% in the treatment group, and 26.1% and 76.1% in the control group respectively ,with very significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). [Conclusion ]Acupuncture and cupping therapy can better improve clinical symptoms and signs in treatment of cervical spondylopathy of cervical artery pattern.
