摘要
分析研究了葡萄糖输液中不溶性微粒产生的原因,提出了输液车间周围环境、空气净化装置、水处理、原料选择、过滤、输液容器的清洁和涤纶漂洗等方面的优化措施,最大限度减小不溶性微粒对葡萄糖输液质量的影响。
This artical researched and analysized the re ason of undissolvable particle mixed in Glucose Injection.In order to reduce the numbe r of undissolvable particle and control the quality of the injection,environment of workshop,air clear instrument,water process,material selection,filtration,cl earance and rinse of container etc must be controlled in optimization of the inj ection.
