摘要
加强和改进德育工作是高职院校育人的一项重要的系统工程。本文从分析高职院校德育工作及德育教学中普遍存在的缺陷入手,对如何把德育置于首要地位、更新教育理念、深化德育教学改革,以及如何创新高职院校的德育工作等做了一些探析。
This paper points out that reinforce and improve moral education in higher vocational colleges is animportant systems engineering. It analyzes the general deficiencies in work and teaching of moral education in highervocational colleges, and explores the ways on how to put the moral education in the first place, renew education conception,and deepen the reform of teaching to innovate upon the moral education.
