摘要
可持续发展是新自然观的基本要求,可持续发展的模式在于既要满足当代人的需求,又要不损害后代人满足自身需求的能力,即新的生态文明的发展方式。可持续性发展的本质是在发展经济的同时,追求人类与自然的和谐、共存和共荣,而不是单纯以经济增长为发展的目标。实现社会生态化是我国可持续发展战略的重要途径。可持续性发展的法制化是可持续发展的重要保障。
Sustainable development is the essential necessity of a new environmental view. The pattern in the name of sustainable development not only meets the demands of contemporary population, but impairs no interests of the offspring in their self-preservation.Addressed as a new ecology-friendly development pattern, the strategy of sustainable development is substantially promoting the economic progress. With the expiration of pure economic growth strategy, it aims at the coordination, co-existence and prosperity of man with the environment. The realization of social ecological optimization is the fundamental approach in implementing the strategy of sustainable development. Legal infrastructures act as a stronghold safeguarding such strategy.
