镍/碳纳米管复合镀层在NaCl和H_2SO_4溶液中的腐蚀特性 被引量:10

Corrosion Behavior of Nickel /Carbon Nanotubes Composite Deposits Immersed in NaCl and H_2SO_4 Solution

摘要 采用失重法、阳极极化曲线研究比较了电沉积镍镀层和镍 碳纳米管复合镀层在 3.5 %NaCl及 10 %H2 SO4 溶液中的腐蚀特性 ,并分析了其腐蚀机理。结果表明 ,镍 碳纳米管复合镀层的耐腐蚀性能优于镍镀层 ,两种镀层在 10 %H2 SO4 的腐蚀介质中都有较明显的钝化区 ,而在 3.5 %NaCl腐蚀介质中没有钝化区。碳纳米管提高了复合镀层抗点蚀的能力 ,随镀层碳纳米管含量增加 ,镀层的耐蚀性增强。 The corrosion behavior of electrodeposited nickel/carbon nanotubes composite deposits immersed in 5% NaCl solution was compared with that of nickel coating by mass-loss method and anodic polarization curve measurement. The corrosion resistance mechanisms were discussed. It is shown that the polarization curves of the two kinds of coating existed passive regions in 10% H 2SO 4 solution but not in 3.5% NaCl solution. The corrosion resistance of the composite coating was better than that of nickel coating because carbon nanotubes in the composite coating improved pitting resistance of the coating significantly.
