慢性支气管炎肺气虚证大鼠血清IL-8、MDA、SOD变化特征 被引量:10

摘要 目的:通过对肺气虚证大鼠血清白介素 8 (IL 8 )、丙二醛 (MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)变化的实验研究,为肺气虚证客观定量化诊断和深入研究肺气虚证的本质提供依据。方法:将 60只大鼠随机分为对照组与模型组。复制肺气虚证模型,分别检测动脉血中IL 8、MDA和SOD水平。结果:模型组IL 8、MDA升高, SOD下降, (P<0. 05或P<0. 01),与对照组比较,差异有显著性。结论:肺气虚证大鼠血浆中IL 8、MDA和SOD含量的变化可作为肺气虚证重要的客观指标之一。 Objective: To study the changs of interleukin-8(IL-8),malondial dehyde(MDA), and muperoxides dismutase(SOD) in rats, furthermore provide the evidence for essence and diagnose standard of pulmonary Qi deficiency syndrome. Method: Sixty rats were randomly divided into control group and model group. The pulmonary Qi deficiency rat models were set up. the changes of IL-8,MDA and SOD were analyzed.Result: In model group , the levels of IL-8 and MDA increased significantly in comparison with those of control group while the level of SOD decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion : It is one of the important factors of pulmonary Qi deficiency aggravating gradually that IL-8, MDA, and SOD variety were distantly significant.
