摘要
介绍了紫外分光光度法测定氯雷他定分散片的含量。方法紫外分光光度法,检测波长为247nm ,平均回收率100.5%,R SD =0.63%,回归方程A =0.0380C+0.0082,r=0.9999。该方法简便可行,适用于氯雷他定分散片的质量控制。
The UV spectrophotometry for determination of Loratadine dispersible tablets has been developed.Method:Ultraviolet spectrophotometry at wavelength 247nm.The average recovery was 100.5%,RSD=0.63%.The linner regressin equation was A=0.0380C+0.0082,r=0.9999.It is suitiable for determination of Loratadine dispersible tablets.
