摘要
目的 探讨Orbscan -Ⅱ眼前节分析系统在准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (LASIK)中的应用价值。方法 采用Orbscan -Ⅱ眼前节分析系统对 96例 (1 87眼 )接受LASIK的患者进行术前及术后 1 ,3 ,6个月的检查随访。结果 术后 6个月时切削形态以平滑型居多 ,占 95 .7% ,角膜后表面与理想球面之间的距离较术前明显增大 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,角膜后表面普遍出现前突。结论 Orbscan -Ⅱ眼前节分析系统对LASIK手术的术前筛选、术后随访和手术的安全性评价等方面有十分重要的意义。
Objective To study the value of Orbscan-Ⅱtopography System in LASIK examination. Methods 187 eyes(96 patients) with myopia were checked by Orbscan-Ⅱtopography System and had been followed up for 1,3,6 months after LASIK. Results The percent of homogeneous pattern was 95.2% six months after LASIK, and it was common that increased posterior surface elevation had a mild forward shift of posterior corneal surface. Conclusion Orbscan-Ⅱ topography System is valuble for the preoperative screening, postoperative following-up and safety evaluation of refractive corneal operation.
