摘要
针对某高压旋转密封的具体结构探讨了密封面处摩擦生热量的大小 ,详细研究了热量的传递过程及途径 ,给出了换热计算公式和换热的边界条件。计算结果指出原结构在旋转密封处有可能出现部分燃料的热分解从而危及系统的安全性。改进的旋转密封结构对比试验证明了分析的正确性。所提供的理论分析方法、结论和试验改进方案可以直接应用于产品设计和试验。
The quantity of heat produced by friction in t he sealing face was studied aiming at a high pressure rotating sealing structure . The process and route of heat transfer was discussed. The calculation formulat ion and boundary condition of heat transfer were proposed.Calculation results in dicated that some liquid fuel in sealing structure would decompose and make the system insecurity in the previous structure.The method theory analysis, result of analysis and improving test scheme can be used for production design and test directly.
