摘要
由于原型与模型水轮机效率换算的复杂性,尽管已提出许多计算式,但至今仍未有一个被一致确认的统一公式。在对先前成果做出概要综述后,根据相似原理,利用水轮机水力损失构成分析推出了适用于水轮机变工况条件的效率换算公式。通过几个实际算例比较了该式与先前典型常用公式的原型水轮机效率换算结果,初步认为该式能适用各种工况条件,且形式简单,计算精度也不低于典型常用公式。
For the complexity of efficiency conversion of prototype and model hydraulic turbines many calculation formula are put forward but there is not universal formula. After a brief summary on the pre results an efficiency conversion formula of prototype hydraulic turbines with varying working conditions is gained on the basis of the principle of similarity and the hydraulic loss constituent analysis of hydraulic turbine. The comparisons between such method and previous typical formulae in several calculate examples are shown. It is thought that that type can be applied to various working conditions easy to use and its computing accuracy also is no lower than other kinds of calculation formulae.
