摘要
在全面建设小康社会的过程中,产业结构政策的制定必须考虑我们面临的宏观经济现状。本文在基于比较优势的理论基础上,阐明劳动与技术之间存在的客观的替代关系,提出走传统产业+高新技术之路的政策建议。
During the course of overall construction of well- off society, it is an inevitable choice to determine proper industry struc- ture based on comparative superiority. According to the analysis of the vicarious choice between labor and technology, we bring forward a new way which is traditional industry plus high- tech.
