摘要
为了使测量双轴摇摆台实现高频率的运动, 机械结构上设计采用了一种新型的曲柄、连杆、万向节机构; 为保证系统的高精度和可靠性提出了" 软测量" 补偿方法; 通过伺服放大器直接控制电机, 简化了控制系统的设计。该系统很好地实现了高频率大摆幅条件下的角度测量精度, 得到了用户的认可。
A new mechanical structure with winch、staff and gimbal is used to develop a gyrometer test table to realize the high frequency of the operation. A 'soft-measurement' is used to reach the high precision and this idea enhances the reliability too. By controlling the servo amplifier the control system is designed simply. In practice the system works well with the high precision of angle measurement under the condition of high frequency and wide range.
