摘要
为解决目前喷油泵试验台量油系统量油误差大的问题,设计了一种基于磁电式流量传感器和以AT89C51单片机为核 心的智能化量油系统,其量油的相对误差为0.81%,小于原量油系统1.26%的相对误差,实现了快速、精确、可靠地测试柴油 机喷油泵各泵油参数的目的。
In order to improve oil measurement error in vehicle engine injection pump test, an intellectual oil measuring system is designed. It is based on a kind of magnetoelectric flow sensor and used AT89C51 single chip microcomputer as hardcore. Its relative error in measuring oil is 0.8%, smaller than that of original oil measuring system. It reaches the purpose of testing the parameters of oil pump of diesel engine in fast, precise and reliable way.
