摘要
通过环管实验, 测定了不同浓度和不同ζ电位的煤浆在不同管道流速下的水头损失, 分析了煤浆本身物理化学因素和流动条件对煤浆管道水头损失的影响。由实验结果可知, 煤浆管道的水头损失不仅和管道流速、浆体浓度紧密相关, 而且和浆体颗粒的ζ电位相关, 在一定条件下煤浆颗粒ζ电位绝对值增大, 管道水头损失降低, 且ζ电位的降阻作用随管道流速的减小和煤浆浓度的增大而更为显著。
With the pipe loop experiment, the head losses of the coal water mixtures with different density and different ζ potentials were measured under different velocity in the pipeline. The paper analyzed the physic chemical factors and flowing conditions of the coal water mixture influenced to the head loss in the coal water mixture pipeline. The lab results showed that the head loss in the coal water mixture pipeline was not only related to the velocity in the pipeline and density of the mixture, but related to the ζ potential of the mixture particles. Under the certain conditions, the absolute value of the ζ potential of the mixture particle increased, the head loss in the pipeline would be decreased and the resistance reduced function of the ζ potential would be obvious when the velocity in the pipeline reduced and the density of the mixture increased.
