连铸板坯凝固终点的数学模型预测 被引量:2

摘要 建立了预测连铸凝固终点位置的传热数学模型,通过模型分析了各种连铸操作参量对凝固终点位置的影响.结果表明:拉坯速度、冷却制度及板坯厚度等参量对凝固终点的位置有重要影响.变更拉速和变更二次冷却有关区段冷却水量。 heat transfer model to forecast the crater end Of continuous casting is established and by which the effeCt of various OPerating parameters on the crater end is also analyzed in this Paper.The results show that the drawing speed, the secodary cooling system and the thickness of slabs have important effects on crater end. The changing of drawing speed and the amount of secondary cooling water of certain zones is an important means to regulate th crater end so that the latent heat of liquid steel can be fully used to maintain them at a high temperpture.
