摘要
本文研究了新试剂5-(4-磺酸钠苯偶氮)-8-氨基喹啉(SPAQ)与钴的显色反应及其最佳条件。在溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下,于pH15.0的硼砂缓冲溶液中,SPAQ与钴形成2∶1的紫红色配合物,其最大吸收峰位于587.2nm,摩尔吸光系数(ε)为8.8×104L·mol(-1)·cm(-1)。钴量在0~16μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。该方法灵敏、快速,可用于矿样和维生素B12中微量钴的测定,结果满意。
In this paper, the colour reaction of cobalt (Ⅱ) with a new reagent, 5- (4-sodium sulfonate phenylazo)-8-aminoquinoline (SPAQ) and its optimum conditions have been investigated.A method for the spectrophotometric determination of cobalt with SPAQ has been developed. In the presence of CTMAB, SPAQ reacts with cobalt in alkaline solution to form a 1∶2 violet-red complex which exhibits a maximum absorbance at 587.2nm. The molar absorptivity of the complex is found to be 8.8×104L·mol-1· cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range 0-16μ/g25ml for cobalt. The method has been used for the determination of microamounts of cobalt in ores and vitaimine B12.
