摘要
在PH=5时,Cu(Ⅰ)与DBC-偶氮氯膦形成1:2的蓝色配合物,其最大吸收峰位于610nm处,摩尔吸光系数为9.18×10 ̄4,铜含量在0~25μg/50ml范围内符合比尔定律。采用氟化铵为掩蔽剂,已成功地应用于铝合金中铜的测定。
Copper(Ⅰ)reacts with DBC- CPA to form a 1:2 bluw complex in acetate buffer soluti-on.The absorption maximum of the complex is at 610nm. Beer′s law is obeyed far 0-25μg copper in 50ml solution.The molar absorptivity is 9.8×10~4.In the presence of ammonium fluoride,this method has been applied direetly to determination of microamount copper in aluminium alloy with satisfac-tory results.
