摘要
本文研究了1-(2-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲醛缩氨基)-8-羟基-3-,6-萘二磺酸的合成以及光度测定硼的方法。在乙酸-乙酸铁缓冲溶液中,硼与成剂形成1:2的黄色络合物,最大吸收波长在420nm处,摩尔吸光系数为7.19×10 ̄3L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1),B的Sandell灵敏度为0.0015μg/cm ̄2:。当硼量在0~35μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律,应用于氧化镁中硼的测定获得满意结果。
In this paper,the synthesis of 1-(2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyllndene-amino)-8-hydroxy-naphthalemε-3,6-disulphonic acid is reported and its reaction with B has been studied.In a NH_4Ac-HAcbuffer medium of pH 5.7, B reacts with the reagent to forma 1:2 yellow complex having a maximumabsorption at 420 nm.Its molar absorptivity being 7.19×10~3 L· mol^(-1)·cm^(-1), Sandell'S sensitivity being0.0015μg/cm^2. Beer'S law is obeyed for0-35μg B in 25 ml.This method has been applied to the deter-mination of B in magnesium oxide.
